Shift’s Labor Day Sale (hereinafter, “Promotion”) is valid on select Shift sale identified vehicle inventory demonstrating “sale” badging or strike-through sales pricing, available on www.shift.com, and (1) placement of a non-refundable deposit on a “Buy-It-Now” (“BIN”) vehicle which you ultimately purchase within the Promotional Period (“BIN”) or (2) booking a test drive on a vehicle which you ultimately purchase or is delivered to you within the Promotional Period in accordance with the Shift Terms of Use (other than as modified by the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion). The “Promotional Period” for this Promotion begins on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 9:00 AM PST and ends on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST.
The Promotion only applies upon either (1) placement of a non-refundable deposit on a “Buy-It-Now” (“BIN”) vehicle, which you ultimately purchase within the Promotional Period, or (2) booking a test drive on an eligible vehicle, which you ultimately purchase (or which is delivered to you) within the Promotional Period in accordance with the Shift Terms of Use (as modified by the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion). Additionally, to obtain the 10% Discount, you must use the above coupon.
Vehicles purchased, including trade-in vehicles, returned vehicles or vehicles that have had a deposit or hold placed on them prior to or after the Promotional Period are not eligible for this Promotion. This Promotion may not be redeemed for cash. This Promotion may be changed or terminated at Shift’s sole discretion at any time and without notice.
